In this ever changing world the life has becoming very unpredictable and one thing is still a mystery, the last breath!
We every day experience stress and danger of any future miss happenings. We have thousands of responsibility fulfilled and unfulfilled. We find ourselves every day under high expectations raised by the people around us. Our need never ends and expectations always get an increment. We pretend to be happy but have sorrows and worried in our lives. We have many inferiorities in us and always compare ourselves with other, which increase the frustrations but some how we live the day!
People say that balance of mind and emotions are important for a joyful life, yes it is but how to get is the most asked question.
If the person is frustrated and very worried then I don’t think that he or she has much time to balance the mind. It’s very much known that some people ends up in opting the wrong things and some even ends up in “Suicide”.
Many times we are advised to practice meditation and yoga which I think are the best options but it takes time to show results.
Now my thoughts get bit proactive where I suggest to first “believe” in our lives which come once!
Yes, life come once and no second term for we human’s. It’s a thought which brings first “hope of happiness”, it’s a promise of a better day. If we start taking our life bit easy then we will be less harsh to ourselves. Whenever life looks harder then I think we should think of a life which we may not live tomorrow so we have to find joy in our life to make it brighter and positive by just thinking that “Life comes once”
If you have problems in your life then in just one day you can’t solve all so just give a second thought and be calm, don’t forget to keep a smile on your face.
You might have done a mistake which we human usually do but don’t repeat it and start judging what is right and what’s worng.Don’t also forget to take other’s views and if you think that you can’t share with any one then just try to listen your heart.
Try to bring humor in our life, it will not only twinkle you day but also of the people around you.
Some time improvement takes time but never forget that the life you are living has comes to you once and this is the thought we have to keep in your mind every second!
We should practice mediation and yoga every day but before that we should prepare ourselves to accept it as a bridge between stress and happiness by living the day with a thought that this beautiful life come to us only for the last time.
We live and we die but the wheel of life just goes round and round.
It’s a well quote that “when going get tough the tough gets going” with a mindset that life ONLY comes once.
